JILIEVO Payments FAQ: GCash Cashout, Limits and Real Timings
Money questions deserve numbers, not adjectives. Every limit and timing below comes from the rails your peso actually travels on — InstaPay, PESONet and the wallets themselves — so you can plan a cashout instead of hoping for one.
The Limits, on One Screen
Nothing here is a JILIEVO house rule dressed up as a fact. These are the rails' own caps, and they apply whether you're moving money to us, from us, or between two of your own accounts.
| Method | Limits | Speed | Fee note |
|---|---|---|---|
| GCash | Minimum deposit ₱50; verified daily deposit cap ₱100,000 | Cashout in minutes to 1 hour; up to 3h at peak or first time | No JILIEVO fee. GCash cash-in is free to ₱8,000/month, then about 2% |
| InstaPay | ₱50,000 per transaction, ₱500,000 per day | Minutes to a few hours, 24/7 | No JILIEVO fee |
| Maya | InstaPay caps apply | Minutes to a few hours | Maya's own InstaPay-out fee is about ₱15 |
| GoTyme | InstaPay caps apply | Minutes to a few hours | GoTyme's InstaPay-out fee is free |
| PESONet | Used for transfers larger than InstaPay allows | Same or next banking day, batched | No JILIEVO fee |
The line that catches people out is the InstaPay per-transaction cap. GCash runs on InstaPay, so a ₱60,000 cashout cannot move in one go — it splits, or it waits for PESONet's next batch. That isn't a hold on your account; it's arithmetic.
Why Your First Cashout Is the Slow One
KYC is a one-time review, and PAGCOR requires it before a withdrawal — not before a deposit. It takes 24 to 48 hours. Players who verify on the day they register never notice it; players who verify the moment they want their winnings spend a day and a half watching a status page. Clear it early and every subsequent payout runs at rail speed.
The second reason a first payout drags is name-matching. Your JILIEVO account, your ID and your GCash account must all carry the same name. Third-party accounts are rejected outright — you cannot cash out to a spouse's wallet, a sibling's, or a friend's, however convenient it would be.
When a Transfer Genuinely Stalls
- GCash maintenance runs 12:00 to 03:00 PHT — requests made in that window can sit until the rail returns
- PESONet batches: a Friday-evening transfer settles the next banking day, not the next hour
- A name mismatch between your ID and your wallet stops a payout until it's resolved
- Incomplete KYC — an expired ID or an unreadable photo restarts the 24-48 hour clock
If none of those apply and the money still hasn't landed, open live chat with your reference number. That number is what lets anyone trace a transfer across the rail; without it, everyone is guessing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum deposit at JILIEVO?
₱50 via GCash. The verified daily deposit ceiling on GCash is ₱100,000.
How much can I withdraw in one transfer?
InstaPay caps a single transfer at ₱50,000 and a day at ₱500,000. Larger amounts move by PESONet, which settles same or next banking day.
Does JILIEVO take a cut of my withdrawal?
No. There's no JILIEVO withdrawal fee. Wallets charge their own: Maya's InstaPay-out fee is about ₱15, GoTyme's is free.
How long does GCash cashout actually take?
Minutes to an hour once KYC is cleared. Peak times and first-ever payouts can stretch it to roughly three hours.
Why is my transfer sitting overnight?
Check the clock. GCash maintenance runs 12:00 to 03:00 PHT, and PESONet transfers batch to the next banking day rather than moving live.
Can I cash out to my partner's GCash?
No. Accounts must be in your own name — third-party accounts are rejected under PAGCOR rules, and the payout will fail name-matching.
Do I need KYC before I can deposit?
No. KYC is required before your first withdrawal. It's a one-time review that takes 24 to 48 hours, so it's worth clearing early.
